Beth is responsible for the financial and insurance aspects of every Structurflex project, from financial certifications, prequalifications, and insurance certifications, to bonding, contract administration, and certified, site labor, and independent contractor payroll. Additionally, she manages the professional licensing process for employees and business registrations in all applicable states.

Beth also manages all financial and organizational operations, including accounts payable and receivable, insurance policies and audits, company payroll, comptrolling, and tracking, analyzing, and reporting on project projections, costs and revenues as part of her weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual company financial analysis.
